Panfu Mini-Quest

Here's a mini-quest on Panfu... I think it's a few days late though...

1. Go to Kamaria at the Castle. Or, click the icon at the bottom left corner of the screen.
2. Go look into the telescope near Kamaria.
3. Talk to Kamaria again.
4. Throw two water balloons at Paul the Kid, near Kamaria.
5. Kamaria will say something about it being too late.
6. You will earn a medal.
7. Check the map! You will see that (Bitterland, I think) has clashed into Panfu! Oh no! Would be cool if we could go there though!
